Alexandra Hoslet joined Mount Mary University in 2018. She has 5 years of prior experience in non-profit programming for children and teens. Hoslet has a diverse set of skills and experiences essential to supporting the smooth operation and program building of the Center for Women's Leadership. She  was instrumental in developing the Peer Mentor program. This program for previous Summer Leadership Academy participants develops leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills by assisting current Academy participants. She also helped structure and facilitate the Leadership Education And Development Program for current Mount Mary Students who previously attended the Summer Leadership Academy. Hoslet's focus is in program development and implementation, event planning, research, and social media.

Mileisis Romero

Mileisis Romero is a sophomore at Mount Mary University majoring in Fashion Design. Mileisis attended the Mount Mary University Summer Leadership Academy in 2019, and was a Peer Mentor in 2020 and 2021 before joining the Center for Women's Leadership in September 2021. She currently supports research and social media for Center for Women's Leadership at Mount Mary. “My experience working with the Center for Women's Leadership is one I would like to share with everyone because I felt more supported and prepared to work hard at advocating for and achieving goals I set for myself. I am grateful for the opportunity to improve my skills  in networking and social media, as well as be actively involved in programs that educate, inspire, and empower women to be leaders,” says Mileisis.
